International Mr. Bootblack 2018, Lucky Rebel, is originally from San Diego, California. He currently lives in Portland, Oregon where he served as Mr. Oregon State Leather 2016 as well as one of the original founding members of Portland pets and handlers (PDXPAH). True to his nature he is a very busy man. He can often be found actively working on dismantling white supremacy, by stepping up as an active member of a Chicano Activist group whose main focus and mission is "Education, Community Protection, and Social Justice! "  Lucky Rebel is a proud indigenous Leather man who truly believes "Representation STILL matters, FUCK ICE. No one is illegal on stolen land.

Affectionately known as the "Largest White Woman In Captivity," Adrienne Alexander prides herself in being a long time Portlander. In her 37 years of performing, pageantry, travel and costume making, Adrienne is now the reigning Rose Empress of The Imperial Sovereign Rose Court. Adrienne is tireless in her efforts to help out the community with fundraising and awareness events, an occasional "show" - and definitely would not miss the opportunity to join forces with The Oregon State Leather Contest! By day, Adrienne's alter ego, Jason, works in the banking industry as a foreign currency processor.

Emerald ONYX (ze/hir) is a Black, fat, irreverent, switchy leatherfaggot with more than 24 years in the Leather community. Ze is the founding president of ONYX's 13th Chapter, ONYX Pacific Northwest, and has called Seattle home since 2016. Emerald is also the Washington State 2026 Mx. Leather. Emerald’s journey began in San Francisco, where ze became the city’s youngest sexual health educator at 13, attending hir first Folsom Street Fair at 14. Ze has organized with Decolonize PDX and founded the Queer Students of Color Conference in Portland. Emerald is a proud graduate of Portland Community College, and Portland State University. When ze isn't busy with ONYX, you can find hir on the Leather Reign Accessibility Team, working the door at Quink, or doing sensation play of all types (hir favorite is wax). Emerald is committed to building a lasting Leather community that is visible & accessible.

Kevin Rohde believes the universe has a funny way of putting opportunities in front of us; it doesn’t promise they’ll be easy. Time and again, the best chapters of his life have begun with a deep breath, a leap of faith, and the courage to see what happens next. As Mr. Portland Eagle Leather 2026 and founder of Red Hanky Social, Kevin hopes to leave every room a little kinder, more connected, and more joyful than he found it. If you know love, you already know everything else worth learning. The rest is having the courage to answer the knock.

I was first introduced to kink and leather as a submissive while living abroad. When I moved to Portland in 2012 I slowly started to get more and more involved with the community here. From finding play partners online, to attending pup events as a handler and coming into my own as a Dominant. I pledged OnyxPNW in 2025 and I am currently one of two OnyxPNW siblings in Portland. I also serve on the executive board of the club. When not devising new ways to express my sadistic proclivities I'm likely watching anime, or reading a good book.

Sister Gina Tonic, the Sparkling has been a Sister of Perpetual Indulgence for over 30+ years and is the longest serving Sister in Portland. Her avocation started in the San Francisco Mother House where she served consistently in leadership including as Mistress of Novices and then as Abbess where she brought her message of “you can’t have love on streets without love in the convent” to the greater Order. She has been an active connoisseur of kink throughout her entire adult life and maintains an active BDSM practice as a dom here in town. Sister Gina relocated to Portland and joined the Order of Benevolent Bliss in 2016 and continues to serve when called. She is excited to bring her Sistory and of course her gauntlet as a judge for the 2026 OSL Contest.
